Natalie has been with PACT since 2012 as the Executive Assistant to Jan and the Senior Leadership Team. Natalie also supports the Chair and Board of Trustees. Natalie keeps a tightly running ship for us and also has a wealth of experience and knowledge, having previously worked as a PA across the voluntary sector for 13 years.

Emma trained as a journalist and worked on local and regional newspapers for nine years. She has worked in the charity sector for 14 years and held PR, events management and fundraising positions at two national charities before coming to PACT as a fundraising manager in 2008. As the department grew she managed PACT’s communications and marketing function.

Emma is married with two children and her interests are books, pilates, running, blogging about domestic chores and organising events at her children’s school.

Qualifications: NCTJ NCE in Newspaper Journalism.

Deborah joined PACT in 2011. She has almost 30 years experience in HR, working primarily for organisations in the higher education and social housing sectors, including 10 years with A2 Housing and 10 years at Royal Holloway College, University of London.

Deborah is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and completed the CIPD Certificate in Employment Law, Relations and Practice (Merit) in 2011.

She has two children and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog Murphy, travel, running and taking on new challenges.

Natausha joined PACT in June 2013. Her diverse professional background has included several senior and influential roles, including over 10 years working in the commercial music industry as well as more recently working in the children and young people’s voluntary and community sector.

Not only is Natausha a Montessori early years teacher as well as a Co-Active development coach, she is also a Trustee for Women's Breakout.  She is passionate about helping people to help themselves and improving the outcomes for families, children and young people.

Shirley has more than 25 years experience working with children and families in both the voluntary and statutory sector.

Shirley worked for Hampshire County Council as a social worker, Family Centre Manager and Permanence Team Manager (the last post for 10 years) before moving to Coram to manage the projects in the Midlands.

Jan’s career in social work began in 1975 as Deputy Matron of a 12 bedded children’s home. Here she gained an early understanding of the need for early intervention for families and also encountered children waiting for adoptive families. Both experiences influenced her passion for support to prevent family breakdown as well as ensuring Looked After Children were given the best opportunity to experience the loving environment of a family and to thrive. Jan has a broad experience at senior levels in both Local Authority and Charitable sectors, joining PACT in 2008 as CEO.
