PACT receives £400 from Reading Councillors

PACT was delighted to receive a cheque for £400 in December from Labour Councillors at Reading Borough Council. The Councillors personally contributed to make the donation which was organised by Cllr Deborah Edwards.

PACT's Fundraising Manager Laura Davison (pictured) visited the Civic Centre to collect the cheque. She said: "We are delighted to receive this generous donation, made personally by the Councillors. They have chosen to donate the money specifically to our Alana House Project."

PACT's Alana House project supports vulnerable women in Reading and West Berkshire. The project uses a holistic approach to support women by empowering them to take control of their lives, make informed decisions and improve their life chances. Find out more about Alana House here
