Phil Sapwell

Member of Adoption Committee and Chair to HR committee

Phil lives in Hannington, near Swindon. He has been involved in voluntary youth work within the Church of England since the early 1970s. 
 
Now retired, he was for many years the Chief Personnel Officer of a London Borough. He has dealt with all aspects, good and bad, of people in the working environment. Passionate about equality of opportunity, after retiring he worked as a consultant on Equal Pay Audits. He was also a board member of the Public Sector People Manager’s Association (PPMA) and took part in National Pay Negotiations for Local Government.

I believe God has given me the privilege of being able to use my skills and experience to support the wonderful work the staff of PACT are doing to achieve this for an increasing number of children and young people.”
