Tim Lives in Witney, where he is married with three children in their twenties. He has been in full time ordained ministry for over 14 years in parishes, plus over 6 years as a Prison Chaplain. When a Parish Vicar, he was a joint founder of "Witney Families Together." Tim currently serves as chair of the “Communities” sub-committee of the board and has been as a PACT Trustee since 2000.
Currently Tim is undertaking a Doctorate in Ministry (DThM) at Durham University, St John’s college researching how the faith of Christian volunteers in the community has been affected by their work, and how their churches respond. He is also Chairperson of the “Oxford Diocesan Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing”, a Deanery Vocations Adviser, and assists in ministry within Oxford Diocese, including preaching, group facilitation and tutoring work. Before training for the Anglican ministry, Tim was a Chartered Engineer in Telecommunications, and his hobbies include astronomy.

Qualifications: MA Theology, Politics and Faith Based Organisations; BSc. Electronic Engineering; C.Eng Chartered Engineer MIET; Certificate in Theology, Westcott House, Cambridge; Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society.
