Shirley Elliott

Head of Adoption

Shirley has more than 25 years experience working with children and families in both the voluntary and statutory sector.

Shirley worked for Hampshire County Council as a social worker, Family Centre Manager and Permanence Team Manager (the last post for 10 years) before moving to Coram to manage the projects in the Midlands.

Shirley joined PACT in the summer of 2012. She has recently moved to Reading with her family and is getting to know the local area. She has two grown up children and two step-children, and enjoys going to the theatre and to concerts when family commitments allow.

Qualifications: MSc in Social Work, Dip Social Work, BA in Sociology and Anthropology, NVQ4 in Management, Cert. in Health & Social Care Management
