Craig Thornhill, aged 45, is a finance director from Aberdeen.

Craig, who learned about PACT’s work through his close friend and PACT trustee Dean Hunter, truly believes in the importance of family. He said: “My Dad was raised in Barnardo’s and installed a huge family ethic in us as children, along with the importance of having a loving family. He could not do enough for us. I understand that not everyone is lucky to have that stable loving family environment for various reasons.”

“I’m passionate about contributing to a positive environment for children to thrive in and become the best they can be. I fully believe that PACT can and do play a huge part in this and I absolutely love that I can play a small part in achieving this.”

Craig is no stranger to taking on challenge events. He said: “This will be my eleventh marathon and I have completed the six World Marathon Majors.”
