Ashton Massey is an outstanding volunteer who has dedicated hours of her time to supporting PACT.
Ashton first heard of PACT when she performed with the Reading Rock Choir at an International Women’s Day event in March 2022. Within a month of joining us, Ashton participated in a video for our website where she passionately spoke about PACT and her volunteer recruitment experience.
Since then, Ashton has successfully encouraged two other people to volunteer with us, promoted PACT at her work and used her statutory voluntary hours and spare time over her weekend and evenings to assist with our events.
Ashton says: “Volunteering for PACT is so rewarding. The charity is just incredible with the work they do. Every time I support them, I feel inspired, proud and full of joy for the help they are giving women and children. Everyone at PACT is so friendly and wants to make a difference. I would happily give up my spare time, outside of my full-time role for any help they need.”
There is no doubt that Ashton’s support has contributed to the success of our vital fundraising activities. We are very grateful to her – she is a superstar and our Supporter of the Month!
